PacSun is a retail clothing brand rooted in the youth oriented culture and lifestyle of California. After noticing a boost in interaction with the loyalty program on the PacSun app, it was time to re-design and redefine a more robust program. The end goal was to stand up a totally new, scalable program that would convert at an even higher rate.
